During your Reiki session, you’ll lie fully clothed in a comfortable space as the practitioner uses light touch or hovers their hands above your body. Most people experience a soothing warmth, gentle tingling, or a deep sense of calm.
You don’t need to do anything—just breathe, relax, and receive.
