Fees (Hourly)
Inner Peace Psychological Care does take most major insurances. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that behavioral services are covered by your insurance. If not, please expect to pay the out-of-pocket costs. Self-pay would be at a discounted rate.
- Therapy Intake/Initial: $250
- Therapy Follow-up (Individual): $200
- Therapy Follow-up (Family or parent only): $200
- Psychological Assessment/Evaluation: Fees vary based on service/time. Contact the office for details.
- $250 per hour Academic Testing
- $250 per hour Psychological Evaluation
- $300 per hour Neuropsychological Evaluation

The following services are not covered by insurance and the cost would be the patient’s responsibility.
- Representation at School Conferences ($200 per hour IEP Representation)
- $35 per 15-minute Records Review
- $35 per 15 minutes Collateral Contacts/Collaborating with outside providers
- $35 per 15 minutes Document Preparation (not test report writing)
- $35 per 15 minutes of letter writing/disability form completion
- $35 per 15 minutes of phone consultation

- Inner Peace does NOT provide forensic or custody evaluations.
- Inner Peace does NOT provide medication or psychiatric services.
Fees (Sound Therapy / Reiki)
Please Note:
The following services are generally not covered by insurance and are considered an out-of-pocket expense. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to verify whether these services may be eligible for reimbursement.
If your insurance does offer coverage, we are happy to submit claims on your behalf. However, you are ultimately responsible for payment of all services received, regardless of insurance coverage or reimbursement.
- Individual Sound Therapy session: $100 per session

Individual Sound Therapy with Reiki session: $150 per session
- Individual Reiki session: $100 per session
Insurance
Inner Peace accepts the following insurances:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
- United Healthcare PPO
- Aetna PPO
- United Medical Resources (UMR)
- Humana
- Tricare West
Appointments:
In order to book an appointment, you must provide a valid and up-to-date credit card number. Once your appointment is booked, please sign the credit card authorization form within 24 hours in order to confirm your appointment. Thank you for your prompt response.
- New Clients: For all new clients, you will be required to complete all required forms online prior to your initial appointment.
- Returning Clients: If you have not been seen in 3 months or more, you will be required to complete a new Informed Consent and Credit Card authorization form. Additional forms may be needed from you.
- Cancellation Policy: If you do not show for your scheduled appointment or cancel within less than 24 hours notice, you consent to be charged and are required to pay $75.00 per booked hour for the missed session/late cancellation.
- To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must contact your provider through the Client Portal or through your agreed upon form of communication. Your insurance company will not pay for late cancellations and no shows. It is solely your responsibility. You are required to keep a valid and up-to-date credit card on file.
However, not all providers may be credentialed with your insurance (yet!). If your insurance provider is not listed above, you may still qualify for behavioral health services with your insurance provider. Simply contact your insurance provider to determine whether you need pre-authorization for therapy or testing.
If you are seeking services and we do not take your insurance plan, we can provide you with a SuperBill through our Client Portal system for you to submit to your insurance provider for partial or full reimbursement.
If your insurance decides not to pay for services received, it is your responsibility to cover the remaining balance. Please check your coverage by calling your insurance provider directly. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure they have behavioral health services coverage.
