Group THERAPY
Schaumburg
Healing happens not only within ourselves, but also in connection with others. Our group therapy sessions offer a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can share experiences, gain perspective, and build skills alongside others who truly understand.
Each group is thoughtfully designed and facilitated by licensed clinicians who create a safe, compassionate space for exploration, growth, and healing. Through shared understanding and guided reflection, participants learn that they are not alone—and that community can be a powerful catalyst for change.
Our groups integrate a range of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Interpersonal Process Work, depending on the group’s focus and goals.
Our Group Therapy Offerings Include:
- Support Groups: Safe and affirming spaces to connect with others who share similar experiences—such as navigating anxiety, trauma recovery, parenting, or life transitions.
- Skills-Based Groups: Learn practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, boundary-setting, and stress management in a collaborative setting.
- Therapeutic Process Groups: Deepen self-awareness and relational insight through guided exploration of interpersonal patterns, emotions, and values.
- Parent & Family Groups: Build emotional connection, strengthen co-regulation skills, and learn strategies to foster resilience within the family system.
- Wellness Workshops & Seasonal Offerings: Experience short-term, experiential programs designed to foster reflection, intention, and self-care through approaches such as mindfulness, sound healing, and values-based goal setting.
At Inner Peace Psychological Care, group therapy reflects our belief in connection as a foundation for healing. Whether you are seeking community, practical skills, or deeper self-understanding, our groups are designed to help you cultivate resilience, balance, and belonging.
